About Department of Gynecology & obstetrics

Obstetrics and gynecology department offers teaching and training for fourth year medical students, interns and postgraduate students. The teaching program is conducted in 3 main teaching hospitals; Tripoli university hospital 200 obstetrics and gynecology beds, Aljalla Hospital 200 beds and Alkhadra hospital (60 beds).All three hospitals are recognized for undergraduate and postgraduate teaching. Part of the training in obstetrics and gynecology is carried out in a clinical skills lab present in the university.
